FREE Shipping on orders $200+ to Canada

We are now offering FREE SHIPPING on orders $200+, before taxes, to Canada.*  We are currently shipping only within Canada, and not to Saskatchewan. Any shipping costs will be subject to applicable sales taxes. Shipping is done though UPS, Purolator or Canada Post.

* Subject to change without notice. Not valid on orders that include oversized items.

How Long Does It Take?

We work diligently to dispatch orders as quickly and as accurately as possible. Please allow us up to 1 business days to prepare and get your order to our shippers, and/or to follow up with you should there be something preventing us from fulfilling your order within that timeframe. From time to time, especially after long weekends/holidays, or during sale periods, we may need extra business days to catch up on orders. 

Shipping times will depend on the type of shipping selected and the individual companies delivery times.

Where We Ship From, and To

We ship from Markham, Ontario, Canada. 

Fulfilled orders will be dropped off at our courier within 2 business days. Should there be any delays in shipping, we will inform you as soon as possible.

FREE, Local Pickup

If you live in the area near Markham, Ontario, you are welcome to pick up your order of any amount, for free. Select FREE, local pickup from the shipping options. A copy of your paid invoice must be presented upon pick up. All pick up times must be arranged by The Stitchery and arrangements for date and time can be made by emailing info@thestitcherymarkham.ca as hours vary from week to week.
