Flat Christmas Tree Class for Beginners

In this one-part two and a half hour hands on crochet introduction class held on site at The Stitchery (1-2721 Bur Oak Avenue, Markham, Ontario), you will learn some basic crochet stitches to make a Flat Christmas Tree.

In this class you will learn how to identify your stitches, how to hold your hook and yarn and you will gain the confidence to read the crochet pattern with ease while making your own mini Christmas Tree that you will get to take home with you. All materials for the class will be provided for the class including hooks, yarn, pattern, etc. however, they are returned to the store at the end of class. We will be making the Flat Christmas Tree designed by Crystal at ChristaCoDesign.

Maximum of 2 (aged 12+) participants per class.  If purchasing for two, a discount of $5 a person applied to the cost. Only registered participants may come to the class. For any class where the participant is a child age 12-16 they must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the class. The adult does not need to participate in the class, but they must be present.

Classes are held Monday to Saturday, during the day or evening. You can choose to arrange the class time prior to purchase with the store or upon purchase of the class contact the store to arrange a mutually convenient class time. Please note that a confirmation email is sent to the email address used to register for the class to arrange a mutually convenient time for the class. All classes must be paid for 48 hours prior to the class time in order to reserve the time. If payment is not made by 48 hours prior to your agreed upon class time the class time must be rebooked. Sometimes this email ends up in your junk mail so please check there for any email communication from the store once you have made a purchase of a class.

If you cannot attend your registered class time, please contact the shop 24 hours prior to arrange a new class time. No exchanges or refunds will be offered for missed classes.
